In this scene a gungy guest visits Permamarka, pm has just had his birthday and his gungy guest decides to help him celebrate in a very special way- covering him. First wearing a black t-shirt, blue Levis 501 jeans and brand new black Calvin Klein boxers he gets a chocolate cake down inside his CK boxers and it gets nicely massaged and at the same time the seat of his jeans get ruined by his gungy guest nicely rubbing it in. This is followed by some healthy yogurt that gets poured over him. Why not have some more dessert? Try some custard? This gets poured all over his head, body and face. Permamarka loves every minute and so does his gungy guest so much so we have two buckets of gunge, green and blue, of course these go straight over Permamarka's head and his blue Levis jeans get ruined.

pm then gets his revenge by starting to coat his gungy guest in gunge but is no match for him! Hahaha, well his gungy guest does accidentally cover himself whilst trying to help pm? Includes wash off.
